I don't know about everybody else, but here in the Northeast-it was 62 degrees when I got out of work this morning. Hardly seems like late fall.
Mother Nature is gonna slap us upside the head real soon. I'm going to wake up some afternoon soon and it will be 20 degrees and snowing.
I haven't thrown the knobbies on the Cross-Check yet, I love the looks I get riding my full fendered racked-up Surly out on the trails at Rocky Ridge and Lake Redman. I usually ride to Rocky Ridge and do a lap of all the "easy" trails, with the ride up and back...it's a nice little mid-winter work out.
Gotta go, I got about 3 hours of sleep yesterday and I'm about to pass out...........
Thanks for reading.

Hope our weather (Denver) doesn't go straight to you - but then again - it's just time to get ready for it. I actually really like being outside in the winter. We're going to have a heatwave today - 45.
It's a balmy 18 degrees right now in Minneapolis. It was 65 last Friday. I've got cyclocross tires on my black Crosscheck. I did ok with them on the ice this morning.
