Some days.....

Some days you have it...........some days you don't. When I went to work last night I just couldn't seem to get it together.

When everything works well at work-it's really fun and times flies.

On a normal shift, I have at least 6 or 7 things going on at the same time and timing is crucial to having everything go well.

Last night I couldn't bake my way out of a wet paper bag. The crowning achievement of the evening? I forgot to set the computer controlled oven when I put some Italian bread in it.

Ya wanna know what Italian bread looks like after it's been baked for 3 hours?

Pretty much the same as coal........black the whole way through.
